HOW IT WORKS

Through a direct connection to the Federal Bankruptcy Court system, our proprietary bankruptcy database collects and stores all new filings and updates to cases in progress on a daily basis.

We monitor client portfolios daily for bankruptcy activity. Using our proprietary SmartMatch technology, we confidently match bankruptcy records to our client's customer list and notify them electronically so they can properly status the account and take the appropriate action. We offer multiple methods for data delivery. AIS Data One is a cloud-ready system that resides behind a client's firewall where, allowing the client to receive bankruptcy information without sending customer data outside of their IT environment.

With our Store & Forward model, clients transmit a file to be securely housed at AIS, processed daily and returned with bankruptcy information.

For time-sensitive initiatives like regulatory audits or pre and post-sale analysis, our clients have access to an on-demand batch process to upload a file for scrubbing. Real-time access to bankruptcy data can also be provided via Web services.
