We own databases that continue to outperform others in the market, in terms of file depth and quality, and serve as valuable resources for helping clients make critical business decisions. We can deliver data to our clients using on premise/cloud-based systems, batch processes or online applications. We offer the best analytical tools in this business vertical, allowing our clients to take a deeper dive into our data for additional intelligence on their customers.
AGGREGATING INFORMATION
AIS is the leading supplier of bankruptcy information. We assemble and maintain the industry-preferred bankruptcy database which has proven to be significantly superior to others in the market. Updated daily, our database utilizes a direct connection to the Federal Bankruptcy Court System to retrieve all new filings and updates to cases in progress. We capture every docket, for every case, every day…as well as claims register and creditor matrix data.

We’ve developed a new Deceased Index to serve as an improved alternative to the eroded Social Security Death Master file (DMF). In addition to the baseline DMF data, AIS aggregates information from sources like obituaries and probate courts. Information is appended with unique social security numbers using a variety of public databases to enhance match quality and improve confidence.
DATA DIFFERENTIATORS
AIS distinguishes itself with its matching accuracy and data integration capabilities. We have invested heavily in developing and calibrating our proprietary matching logic, SmartMatch, to ensure our clients are confident in our ability to match our information to their Customers. By mimicking the decision process a human would make, our logic minimizes false positive hit rates and reduces manual review rate by 90%.
We specialize in data integration and understand the importance of agility and flexibility when securely delivering information into a client’s IT environment. In 2019, AIS released its Data One product, a cloud-ready system that resides behind a client’s firewall, which allows clients to receive critical information without sending customer data outside of their IT environment. This delivery method has been tested and implemented at some of the largest financial institutions in the country. Today, Data One gives clients direct access to bankruptcy and deceased information for consumers and businesses. However, the system was designed to incorporate additional data assets that our clients value such as Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA), Skip Tracing, Credit Bureau, Vehicle Registration, and Real Estate.
