Through our AIS Online application, users conduct real-time searches to validate if a consumer or business has filed for bankruptcy. In addition, clients can also review bankruptcy docket entries and download court documents. This user-friendly alternative to PACER (or other third-party case lookup systems) comes with significant cost savings and client-wide document sharing functionality.
HOW IT WORKS
Bankruptcy Case Search
AIS Online connects directly to our proprietary bankruptcy database, which pulls new filings and case updates from PACER on a daily basis. After entering your search criteria, all critical case information and court documents are accessible in three clicks or less, allowing users to work smarter and faster when servicing bankrupt loans. A summarized case sheet, creditor matrix, claims register, docket history, and court document library are all viewable for each case.
Adversary Case Search
A separate tab in AIS Online allows users to perform searches to locate a specific adversary case and review information and documents related to the proceeding. Our system provides a single, summarized face sheet with all critical adversary case information while giving users the unique ability to search for cases including case number, state, Plaintiff/Defendant, and filing data range, if state of filing is unknown.
